Meet Dr. Savita Mandhana
Dr. Savita Mandhana is a counselling psychologist and life coach with a PhD in Psychology, bringing over 18+ years of experience in supporting emotional well-being and healing. Internationally certified and licensed by Heart Inspired (USA), she serves as a Heal Your Life workshop leader and trainer. Her training spans Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis (TA), and Pranic Healing, allowing her to seamlessly blend evidence-based psychological practices with holistic healing modalities and neuroscience.
Deeply passionate about the mind-body connection, Dr. Savita focuses on helping individuals understand how emotional patterns influence physical health, enabling long lasting wellness.

Journey In
Therapy is a journey inwards to self discovery. It begins with understanding the emotional wounds we carry by providing a safe space to be truly vulnerable. Storing unprocessed emotions limit our ability to fully experience life and can manifest as challenges such as anxiety or depression. While external health is often prioritised, emotional wellbeing is just as essential.
Journey In was created to make mental health more accessible, guiding individuals through unlearning and relearning, reprogramming and rewiring – equipping them with life skills to build emotional wellbeing and psychological wealth.

Before starting therapy with Savita, I didn’t know how to assess what I was feeling and what was causing that feeling.
